This policy explains how and when we deliver your order. Delivery options and costs are also shown at checkout before you pay.

Where We Deliver

We deliver to addresses within mainland UK. Some remote areas (for example the Scottish Highlands and Islands) may incur additional charges or longer transit times.

Free delivery on orders over £50
Large or heavy items (for example pumps, filters, and pond construction materials) may carry a separate delivery charge, shown at checkout

Processing & Dispatch

Orders are usually processed within [1–2] working days. You'll receive a confirmation, and tracking details where available, once your order is dispatched. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are processed on the next working day.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once dispatched, standard orders typically arrive within [2–4] working days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, and may be affected by courier delays, weather, or circumstances outside our control.

Livestock Delivery

Live koi, fish, and other livestock are dispatched using methods designed to protect their welfare, and are sent only on days that allow safe transit. We may delay a livestock dispatch where weather conditions (such as extreme heat or cold) would put the animals at risk. Someone must be available to receive livestock on the scheduled delivery day, and stock should be acclimatised on arrival following any guidance we provide. Collection

Local collection is available by arrangement.

Failed or Missed Deliveries

If a delivery is attempted and missed, the courier will usually leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection. Please make sure your delivery address and contact details are correct, as we can't be responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.
